Publication Ethics

 Authorship form

  • All the authors in a manuscript must read and approve the final version of the manuscript before signing the consent and authorship form. The signed form should be submitted with the manuscript.

Ethical approval

  • Where animals, birds, and fish have been used in the study, the institutional ethics of the animal welfare authority under which the work was conducted must be stated, along with the authorization reference number and the date of approval.

Plagiarism check

  • Submitted manuscripts are subjected to check for plagiarism with the published papers in different journals and various internet sources. If the Similarity Index is more than 20%, manuscript is liable to be rejected.

Duplicate Submission and Redundant Publication

  • The IJCVR journal only accepts original content, which means articles that have never been published before.
  • Redundant publication, or the inappropriate division of study outcomes into multiple articles, may result in rejection or a request to merge submitted manuscripts, as well as the correction of published articles.
  • Duplicate publication of the same or very similar article may result in the later article being retracted, and the authors facing sanctions.

Fabrication and Falsification

  • Authors of submitted manuscripts or published articles found to have fabricated or falsified results, including image manipulation, may face sanctions and retraction.

Authorship and Acknowledgements

  • All listed authors must have made a significant scientific contribution to the research in the manuscript, approved its claims, and agreed to be an author. It is important to list everyone who made a significant scientific contribution.
  • Anyone who contributed to the research or manuscript preparation, but is not an author, should be acknowledged.

Conflicts of Interest

  • Declare any conflicts of interest.
